Introducing SongsToEducate.com
The Talking Hands Talking Feet online resource is now up and running! It is called Songs to Educate. The aim of it is to provide an easily accessible and affordable service to educators inspired by arts integrated education.
Songs to Educate offers original curriculum based songs with dance accompaniment (instructional videos) all of which are easily downloadable. The songs include a wide range of content addressing three principle age groups: early childhood, primary and ‘tweens.
There are three major themes that span the three age groups. The theme titles are Home Planet Earth, Human Body School and Math-a-magic.
On Songs to Educate you are welcome to listen to samples of all the songs before making a purchase. You can also view and print the lyrics. We encourage you to browse and explore this versatile resource. And please, tell your friends about it!
We value your feedback including any stories, anecdotes, photos or video. Eventually our website will be interactive so that teachers and parents can post their successes in pioneering Arts Integrated Education!
If you have requests for new songs or themes to go with curriculum requirements you would wish to cover, please let us know. The majority of Talking Hands Talking Feet songs were created in response to the needs of teachers working with preschool and primary school children. The greater need is for arts enhanced education at every level.
