Three of the songs you can find in the Human Body School Kit are: Good for Your Body, Song of the Senses and Human Bodyland with accompanying dance instruction videos and lesson plans.
This song trilogy touches on a variety of subjects from nutrition and physical fitness (Good for Your Body) to body expressions or idioms (Human Bodyland) to the wonder of the 5 physical senses (Song of the Senses).
The lesson plans include relevant and accessible, fun and practical exercises to do and work shop with your students about the human body.

The study of the human body can yield practical and profound wisdoms to be passed on to the young. For starters – getting to know the body, understanding how it works, good nutrition and fitness applies to everybody, every body. How we demonstrate and encourage healthy eating habits, physical fitness and self-view is important. More important still is how we actually think about our bodies in the greater context of being human!
